About
As a lifelong teacher and a member of a large family, I come with a broad background in family dynamics, both professionally and personally. I believe my joyful spirit encourages and empowers my coaching clients.
I have a Master’s degree in Special Education and graduate hours in counseling. Over the past thirty-one years, I have taught hundreds of children aged four to fourteen years old in both regular and special education settings. I have mentored parents and children on issues such as autism, alcoholism, mental/emotional health concerns, language barriers, divorce, dyslexia, learning disabilities, and developmental difficulties.
I’ve been active in an international educational non-profit organization called More To Life since 1997 and am a member of the Houston MTL Steering Committee as the Enrollment Coordinator. I served on the London creation team for the More To Life Weekend in 2013. Envisioning creative ways to engage learner-leaders worldwide is a passion of mine.
As an avid volunteer for the Houston International Festival, I interact with musicians and dancers from countries around the world. I also collect African musical instruments and artwork. Visiting South Africa is on my vision board!
I live in League City, Texas, located between Houston and Galveston. I have a son and daughter in their early twenties and have been married to my husband for eleven years. Our evolution as a family has been a journey for me and has taught me to be in the moment and live joyfully.
I have been a licensed life coach for five years. My clients are professionals, parents, young adults, and all those who want to better their lives and create more connected relationships. I am enthusiastic about empowering others to discover and create the results they generate for themselves.
